After recently coming seventh in his debut Tour de France, the Czech cyclist Leopold König has attracted the interest of three teams from the sport’s elite WorldTour, his manager Brian Smith said in an interview for cyclingnews.com. König, who is 26, is due to hold talks in the next week with the Netapp-Endura team, with which he is contracted until the end of the season. Smith said the Czech needed to acquire experience with one of the world’s best teams.
